At DERAIL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return:
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at info@derail.biz to start your return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, if possible. Include the return form provided by our customer service team.
- Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid return label provided by us to send your package back. Drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
